Maria joined our team at Geelong in 2011 from VicRoads and ANZ Bank prior to that. She provides administrative support to the Geelong office and district clients.
Glenda McKay
Glenda came to Capstone in 2000 bringing with her thirty years administration experience as a personal assistant and office manager in the local government and retail sectors.
Glenda works full-time providing administration support with Trish in the Ballarat office.
Trish Hibberd
Trish came to Capstone in 2014 after holding customer service positions with numerous financial planning and general insurance advisors. Trish holds a Certificate III in Business Administration. Trish works full time providing administrative support with Glenda in the Ballarat office.
Tanya Keele
Tanya was appointed to our Echuca office as Client Administration Officer in March 2016. Tanya has extensive experience in the banking industry having previously held a Branch Manager role with the NAB and more recently roles within the insurance sector and business administration services.
Katrina Coulsell
Katrina was appointed to our Shepparton Office as the Administration Officer in January 2016. She has over 25 years experience in office administration and as a Personal Assistant in the Building and Manufacturing industry.
Glenys Phillips
Glenys has previously worked at IOOF and joined the Capstone team in 1999. She provides administration support for the business and looks after tax clients for the northern part of Victoria.

Graeme is based in suburban Melbourne servicing the tax requirements for Capstone Financial Services. Graeme holds a CPA accreditation and is available for appointments at Capstone Financial Planning’s head office in CBD Melbourne.
